CLOUD Copy and release a transport in SAP via Jira transition

To start the quality assurance of a transport a copy is usually used in SAP. To track the progress on this copy in Jira you can see the TOCs in an extra column in the transport panel. The SAP component of SAP Transport Panel can be adjusted that only the content of released transport tasks are integrated into the transport of copies (Approve transport tasks for the transport of copies).
